Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to services provided by Ata Khadivi, independent Odoo consultant based in Muscat, Oman.

1. Scope of services. I provide Odoo implementation, configuration, customization, training, support, documentation, and related advisory services as agreed in writing by proposal, quotation, email, or signed agreement.
2. Client responsibilities. The client is responsible for providing accurate business requirements, timely feedback, access to required systems, and any data needed to complete the agreed work.
3. Fees and payment. Fees, payment milestones, and subscription/support terms are defined in the accepted proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
4. Third-party services. Odoo licenses, hosting, payment gateways, SMS providers, email services, domain names, and other third-party services are billed and governed by their respective providers unless explicitly included in the agreed scope.
5. Changes to scope. Work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation, change request, or updated timeline.
6. Data and confidentiality. I treat client business information, system access, and implementation details as confidential and use them only for providing the agreed services.
7. Limitation of liability. I aim to deliver practical, reliable Odoo solutions, but I am not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or issues caused by incomplete requirements, third-party outages, or changes made outside the agreed implementation process.
8. Governing terms. These terms are intended for general website use and may be superseded by a signed proposal, contract, or statement of work between Ata Khadivi and the client.
